In the fourth quarter of 2023, the Maps and Navigation app category in Ghana showed varied performance across the top 5 applications. Data from Sensor Tower reveals trends in downloads, revenue, and active users for these leading apps.

Breeze: Ride & Order Anything experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. Starting with a modest 52 downloads in late September, the app saw a significant jump, peaking at 25.8K in mid-November. This was followed by a dip to 4.9K in late November, before rising again to 25.5K in mid-December.

Phone Tracker and GPS Location maintained a relatively stable download rate with slight fluctuations. Weekly downloads ranged from 6.6K to 22.1K, with notable peaks at 22.1K in late September and 12.7K in late December. Active users showed a similar trend, starting at 21.3K in late September and ending at 18.2K in late December.

Bolt: Request a Ride saw consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 14.5K to 20.9K. The highest number of downloads was recorded in the final week of December. Active users for Bolt started at 681K in late September, with a slight dip to 577K by the end of December.
